Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders ship within 5–10 business days, and delivery times vary depending on where in Canada you live. You’ll always receive tracking updates so you can follow your order from our door to yours. If it feels like your order is taking the scenic route, give us a shout and we’ll check in for you!
Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?
Right now, our focus is keeping things simple with Canadian orders, but we’re working on ways to bring our products beyond the border in the future. If you’re outside Canada and really want to place an order, reach out and we’ll see what we can do!
Q: How do returns and exchanges work?
Always Covered
We’ll gladly replace or refund your order if:
- It arrives damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item (size, colour, or product).
- Your package is lost in transit and never arrives.
We’ll do our best to find a fair solution if:
- You ordered the wrong size, but the chart was unclear.
- Your order took significantly longer than expected to arrive.
- You have a special circumstance — reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
Because each item is made to order, we can’t usually accept returns for:
- Simple changes of heart.
- Wrong size ordered when clear size charts were provided.
- Normal wear and tear after use.
- Late requests made after 30 days.
