Q: What should I expect with delivery?

All From Eh to Zed orders ship from Alberta, Canada. Once your order is packed up and ready to head out into the great Canadian postal wilderness, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

We pack everything with care and a healthy amount of Canadian goodwill. If your order ever seems lost somewhere between the Rockies and your mailbox, just reach out and we’ll help track it down.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days, though during busy times (markets, new releases, or goose-related emergencies) it may take a little longer.

Shipping times vary depending on where you live, but most Canadian orders arrive within 3–10 business days after they leave our headquarters.

Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?

Right now, our focus is keeping things simple with Canadian orders, but we’re working on ways to bring our products beyond the border in the future. If you’re outside Canada and really want to place an order, reach out and we’ll see what we can do!

Q: How do returns and exchanges work?

Always Covered

We’ll gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • It arrives damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item (size, colour, or product).
  • Your package is lost in transit and never arrives.
Sometimes Covered

We’ll do our best to find a fair solution if:

  • You ordered the wrong size, but the chart was unclear.
  • Your order took significantly longer than expected to arrive.
  • You have a special circumstance — reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
Not Typically Covered

Because each item is made to order, we can’t usually accept returns for:

  • Simple changes of heart.
  • Wrong size ordered when clear size charts were provided.
  • Normal wear and tear after use.
  • Late requests made after 30 days.
