Shipping Policy

Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
• Because most of our items are made-to-order, processing may sometimes take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated if that’s the case.

Delivery Times

• Most Canadian orders arrive within 7–12 business days after processing.
• Remote or rural areas may take longer.
• You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Split Shipments

Sometimes your order may arrive in more than one package (depending on the items ordered and timing). If this happens, don’t worry, everything is still on its way. Please check your tracking links for the latest updates.
