Your payments are processed securely through Shopify, and we never sell or misuse your personal information. If you’d like to know what details we have on file (or request they be deleted), just send us a note at fromehtozed@gmail.com.
Orders & Products
- All of our products are made-to-order.
- Prices are all-in — shipping and taxes are included Canada-wide.
- Colours, sizing, or placement may vary slightly depending on your screen and the printing process.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your order. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Because each item is made-to-order, we generally can’t accept returns for changes of heart or ordering the wrong size (see our FAQ for full details).
Limitations & Liability
We’ll always do our best to meet delivery timelines, but we can’t be responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. By using this site, you agree that our liability is limited to the value of your order.
